This Privacy Policy explains how Kuailian VPN collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the App and related services.

When you download, install, or launch the App, we may collect service-operation data that is reasonably necessary to provide the service, such as IP address, device system version, in-app activity records, and approximate region information. This data is used for service availability checks, route recommendations, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except where necessary for core service functionality, where required by law, where needed to protect users or the platform, or where we work with service providers under confidentiality obligations.

We retain data only for the period needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and will remove such data promptly if discovered.
